Warranty Policy

Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship for all products purchased from Auto Engines. We craft each engine and part to meet high standards, but if something goes wrong due to our manufacturing process, we’ve got you covered.

  • Engines: Covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, for defects like faulty pistons or cracked blocks.
  • Parts and Accessories: Covered for 1 year from delivery, including components like alternators, fuel pumps, or turbochargers.
  • Repairs or Replacements: If a defect is verified, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost, including parts and labor.

Scenario Example: If your engine shows signs of overheating due to a manufacturing defect in the cooling system, we’ll replace the faulty component or the entire engine, depending on the issue.

Pro Tip: Regular maintenance, like oil changes and proper cooling system checks, can extend your engine’s life and keep your warranty intact.

Warranty Duration

Our standard warranty periods begin on the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information:

  • Engines: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Parts and Accessories: 1 year from delivery.
  • Extended Warranties: Some premium products may include longer coverage check your product listing or order confirmation for details.

If you’re unsure about your product’s warranty term, contact us at support@autoengines.co We’ll clarify coverage for your specific purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty is robust but has limits to ensure fairness. Exclusions include issues caused by factors outside our control:

  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage from overloading, racing, or using the product beyond its intended purpose (e.g., installing a passenger car engine in a heavy-duty truck).
  • Improper Installation: Issues from incorrect or unprofessional installation, like failing to torque bolts properly.
  • Modifications: Alterations to the product, such as aftermarket tuning or custom machining, void the warranty.
  • Accidents or External Damage: Damage from collisions, environmental factors (e.g., floods), or neglect.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected degradation, like worn gaskets or faded finishes, isn’t covered.
  • Consumables: Items like oils, filters, or spark plugs are excluded once used.

Scenario Example: If you install a turbocharger incorrectly and it fails, the warranty won’t apply. However, if the turbo fails due to a defective bearing from our factory, we’ll cover it.

Voiding the warranty means the product no longer qualifies for free repairs or replacements. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and use certified mechanics to avoid issues.
